We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 14 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund.
Goods must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. Any refunds, if applicable, will be made to the original method of payment.
We will only accept returns and exchanges that have a valid returns number. Please use our contact form or email us at email@example.com to receive a returns number.
All gift cards are non-refundable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
International Returns and Exchanges
If you are based outside the EU, please follow the process above and clearly mark your package as “returned under warranty” to avoid unnecessary custom charges.
Once your package has been received it will be reviewed by our customer service team as soon as possible.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Saikel is proud of its commitment to high quality and manufacturing standards. Unfortunately on rare occasions it is a case that faults may occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please let us know.
We want to make sure you are happy with the product and size you bought. We can only exchange your product for the same product in a different size or colour. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and then place a new order.
Please note Saikel cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed, in this case a refund will be issued.
